When you place your order with us you will receive two emails, the first confirming the order processing and payment, the second email once the order ships.

Orders placed Monday thru Friday ship out next business day, unless special circumstances arise.
Orders placed on the weekend ship out Monday or first business day of the new week.

Items that are perishable only ship out on Monday or Tuesday, that way there is no possibility of it being stuck sitting in a Post Office over the weekend.

We ship using United States Postal Service Priority Mail Service with delivery confirmation, unless client wants to ship with either FedEx or UPS, though we have found this to be more expensive than the Postal Service.

We calculate shipping rates by the size and weight of items ordered in addition to a minimal amount of approximately a dollar to cover packaging and handling (bubble wrap, tape, boxes, gas etc). We try our best to efficiently pack your items and our estimates are typically within 10% of actual shipping cost, however if the actual shipping cost of your order is over 20% what we charged for shipping we reserve the right to modify your order and charge the actual cost. Before we charge you we will message you the invoiced shipping cost difference. You can then choose to modify your order to less or smaller items to lower the cost, cancel the order, or pay the difference.

At times you may receive packages shipped with reused packing materials we do this in order to conserve the environment and keep costs down.
