Return and Exchanges Policy

We understand that at times a product may just not live up to your expectation that is why we offer a no questions asked return or exchange policy.

However there are some rules that must be strictly followed for a return or an exchange.

Buyer must email or call leaving a message for the seller within 3 days of receiving merchandise, notifying desire to return or exchange, we prefer that you detail the dissatisfaction - although this is not necessary for a return or exchange it helps us with future shipments to better our service and quality of product.
Only merchandise that has not been opened or tampered with can be returned or exchanged.
Buyer must send returned or exchanged merchandise postmarked within 7 business days of receiving merchandise, seller is not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in the mail and highly recommends the buyer purchase insurance with delivery confirmation.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued/sent once initial merchandised is received back to seller and is inspected to verify products have not been tampered with or opened.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
If an exchange, buyer will also be responsible for shipping charges to send the exchanged merchandise to the buyer.
Refunds issued will have all shipping costs deducted from them, including shipping costs paid by mitiendapuertorico.com on free shipping offers.
